MONSOON AND MEET-UPS: THE SYNCHRONIZED PERFECTION

Monsoon meet-up 2017, hosted by Made In Bangladesh – MIB, breezed in from 17th-19th August in the core section of Banani, Moar.

Better late than never, but it is reassuring that very few things go in sync with each other, but nothing would a be more in sync than a meet-up with some of the popular handcrafted shops and your day-to-day needs and a pinch of soothing music playing in the background. Made In Bangladesh – MIB made the scene this time, in Moar, Banani with a meet-up like no other in this season. By getting a very good feedback from their last meet-up, they have arranged yet another convention for people with similar interest come visit and have a good time. The event was organized by Made In Bangladesh – MIB that winded up at the heart of Banani, Moar. Being the co-host, Moar really pulled the string by their decorative details within such a confined space. B’s Closet, Stellar, Wearhouse, Newton’s Archive, Butter- The Bakery and few others were among the exhibitors. Ekattor and Radio Shadhin 92.4 FM were the respective media coverage partners for this event.

Made In Bangladesh – MIB brought all their merchandise for grabs. And it did grabs all this bag have really exquisite designs and the bags come in handy in different and freeways. One bag can be converted to a small pouch, another might be turned into a bigger bag for travel. They had all sorts of bags, for books, for traveling, wallet, almost any bag. And their designs were as simple as it could get. The fabric they used was some sort of jeans and leather, and the colors were vibrant enough to steal anyone’s attention.

Besides the host doing their part, Wearhouse, Steller, Newton’s Archive, B’s Closet also brought the side of collectibles. Items like dresses, bookmarks, candles, different types of jewelry were in store for the visitors. People were overjoyed with the items that were exhibited to get.

 

The eye-catching segment from the 3-day program was the performance of Bangladeshi Bands like Old School, Headline and Shekor. And the event was also lightened up with a hangout session with a sensational personnel, Amitabh Reza.

We hope to see this kind of Meet-ups very soon and much often.
